We kick off a series on Human Design. I first experienced it like a personality profile, which I’ve grown up taking, from Myers Briggs, to the Disc profile, to most recently the Enneagram. I greatly appreciate them all in regards to getting insight into my personality predispositions and propensities. But I’ve always struggled with the aspect that they are self-reporting. We choose the answers and I struggle to answer naturally.

I kicked off by talking with Stanford-trained mindset expert Eduardo Briceño, the author of The Performance Paradox: Turning The Power of Mindset Into Action. It’s Eduardo’s research on how we miss the growth mindset that was my catalyst. He is also co-founder of Mindset Works with renowned Stanford psychologist Carol Dweck. I then brought on Tom Ziglar, son of famed growth mindset expert Zig Ziglar, and CEO of Ziglar. Ziglar as a company is one of the most premier growth oriented companies in existence. From these talks I’m made greatly aware of how I too get stuck in performance and am not actually growing. So in reviewing all the notes for the actions I want to take toward growth, I came up with the key points, and I want to share them with you.

But there is just so much of it that makes sense and I have too many people I respect who attest to finding healing through these methods, so I wanted to being the concepts to us all.
