I wrap up our series on Human Design with my Big Idea, Big Takeaway & Big Action. Human design is another take on personality profiles. Think of Myers Briggs, DISC, or the Enneagram. The purpose of these is to understand your natural propensities and predispositions, so you can better understand and leverage yourself and others. I’ll speak more to the benefit in a moment. The difference with Human Design is all the others are self reporting, while Human Design is based on your birth date, time and location.

His new book is, “The Body Code: Unlocking Your Body's Ability to Heal Itself,” and it is was our muse for this series. The concept of tapping into your subconscious to guide you in how to heal yourself, is initially a stretch for me. But there is just so much of it that makes sense and I have too many people I respect who attest to finding healing through these methods, so I wanted to being the concepts to us all.
