The Kevin Miller Podcast
The big question - what is the meaning of life?
The great quest - to find meaning in life.
I devoted my life to filling all the roles, pursuing all the achievements, and engaging with all the relationships I thought would provide the greatest meaning to my life.
Only to come to the reckoning that the world doesn't give meaning to my life. I do.
Join me as I discuss how we make meaning from our lives and how we can satisfy ourselves in every moment, regardless of the circumstances.
Kevin Miller began hosting The Ziglar Show in 2014. Kevin quickly took the show from 100k downloads to over 600k per month. #2 What Drives Ajit Nawalkha
I’m back with super coach Ajit Nawalkha in this series on self-coaching. In our first show together we dug deep into what self coaching is, and some of the major issues around personal transformation. This is part two, my What Drives You episode where I get behind the scenes with Ajit on what truly drives him in the key areas of life, which is where the real self coaching comes in.
#1 Self Coaching w/ Ajit Nawalkha | How To Equip Yourself To Rely On Yourself
We kick off a series on self coaching. Self coaching will ultimately drive you more than anything else. My expert guest is Ajit Nawalkha. Ajit founded or co-founded several companies that focus on human transformation, including Mindvalley, Evercoach, and the Dharma Coaching Institute. Ajit leads more than a million people in personal transformation via emails, videos, and podcasts. I learned of Ajit through Mindvalley where he served as CEO. And it was actually after booking him I realized he was married to Neeta Bhushan who I had on the show about a year ago with her book, That Sucked Now What. Ajit has a book called Live Big that I’ll be referencing, but our focus is dealing with the myriad of personal information out there and the necessity and opportunity to lead yourself. First you must come to trust yourself. Listen in.
#4 Avoiding Burnout w/Kevin Miller | The Big Idea, The Big Takeaway & The Big Action
I'm wrapping up our series on avoiding burnout, which happens when we are driving and out of alignment. My catalyst for the series was Dr Neha Sangwan who was juggling 18 critically ill patients per day and barely surviving 36-hour shifts fueled by sugar and caffeine in her early 30s. She did it…till she couldn’t. And she realized something had to give. She used her scientific background to climb back out and her new book is Powered by Me: From Burned out to Fully Charged at Work and in Life. I then brought on Heather Monahan. We did a series just a couple months ago on Confidence Heather is a two times best-selling author, first with her book Confidence Creator, and now with her latest book, Overcome Your Villains: Mastering Your Beliefs, Actions, and Knowledge to Conquer Any Adversity. Heather is the host of the Creating Confidence podcast and she knows burnout from many years in the high levels of corporate America. But burnout can happen for anyone, anywhere, at any time, if you are not being authentic to you, and wreck your drive. Let’s hit the highlights.
#3 Avoiding Burnout w/ Heather Monahan | The Top Saboteurs Of A Great Job Or Business
We continue our series on Avoiding Burnout and my catalyst for the series was Dr Neha Sangwan, a doctor who did just that, burnt out. Her new book is called Powered by Me: From Burned out to Fully Charged at Work and in Life I just saw Neha on the Today show alongside Mel Robbins and saw she’s going to be on Mel’s show, she was just on Gabby Reece’s show as well as Dr Mark Hyman and she’s hit a nerve with her insight. In this episode I brought on another expert on burnout, Heather Monahan. Heather did a series with me on Confidence just a couple months ago that I urge you to check out. Heath is a two times best-selling author, first with her book Confidence Creator, and now with her latest book, Overcome Your Villains: Mastering Your Beliefs, Actions, and Knowledge to Conquer Any Adversity. You can find that on Amazon. Heather is the host of the Creating Confidence podcast which you’ll generally find in the top 200 podcast overall in Apple Podcasts and I encourage you to search for and subscribe to right now. #2 What Drives Dr. Neha Sangwan
I’m back with Dr Neha Sangwan, our expert for this series on Burnout, and now we’re digging into what drives her in the 7 key areas of life. Neha is an MD, engineer, CEO, communication specialist, and author of POWERED BY ME: From Burned out to Fully Charged at Work and in Life
and connect with her as intuitiveintelligenceinc.com. I’m eager to hear how Neha has crafted her life to avoid…burnout.
#1 Avoiding Burnout w/ Neha Sangwan | How To Avoid Burnout By Finding Alignment With What You Do
We are taking on the very real and present danger of…burnout. Something that happens when your drive is out of alignment. What you want and why is not resonating. My expert is Dr Neha Sangwan who comes from her own story as a doctor juggling 18 critically ill patients per day and barely surviving 36-hour shifts fueled by sugar and caffeine in her early 30s. She did it…till she couldn’t. And she realized something had to give. She used her scientific background to jumpstart her journey of renewal and catalyze her mission to heal humanity. And that is what happens. We keep going and keep doing…until we can’t. That is the risk. If you are on the path to burnout, there will be an end. So we’re here to help you avoid this. Neha’s new book is titled, Powered by Me: From Burned out to Fully Charged at Work and in Life and connect with her as intuitiveintelligenceinc.com
#4 Human Design w/ Kevin Miller | The Big Idea, The Big Takeaway & The Big Action
I wrap up our series on Human Design with my Big Idea, Big Takeaway & Big Action. Human design is another take on personality profiles. Think of Myers Briggs, DISC, or the Enneagram. The purpose of these is to understand your natural propensities and predispositions, so you can better understand and leverage yourself and others. I’ll speak more to the benefit in a moment. The difference with Human Design is all the others are self reporting, while Human Design is based on your birth date, time and location.
#3 Human Design w/ Renée Marino | How To Quit Resisting Your Design And Be In Flow
We continue our series on human design, which we kicked off with expert Erin Claire Jones, one of the most influential people in the human design arena. This is part three where I bring in another expert to discuss the issue, and with me is Renée Marino. Many of you know Renée as she’s been a guest on the show and this must be the 5th or so time she’s joined me to co-host.
#2 Human Design | What Drives Erin Claire Jones
This is the What Drives You episode to talk with her through what drives her in all the key areas of life, and how she walks that out. Erin is an expert in Human Design and one of the most well known leaders in the space. She looks at how human design reveals our energetic blueprint and specifically, how it looks at how people are designed to cultivate relationships, parent, make decisions, build businesses, market, communicate, work within teams and so much more.
